How do members get help?
Members can contact a union steward, submit a workplace issue, ask a contract question, or reach out to Local 3146 for assistance.
If you are facing a pay issue, discipline concern, scheduling problem, seniority question, harassment or discrimination concern, safety issue, or other workplace matter, you do not have to handle it alone. Contact a steward as soon as possible so the union can review the issue, explain your rights, and help determine the appropriate next steps. Some issues may have deadlines, so timely communication is important.
